    Does anyone know what’s causing all the thick smoke around Brandon? It smells pretty awful.

    Does anyone know what is on fire in Brandon right now??? Very smoky and smelly on 13th Street, looks like it's coming from 18th Street around Dollarama

    Just drove in from the west the fire is south west of town. The smoke coming from it is covering the sky

    Must be some what under control now. Doesn’t look Smokey any more when I look outside from my desk at work. Or the winds shifted

    As per the post right before yours, the fire is said to be south west of town.

    Looking from a distance, I'm thinking there is something smoldering near 13th and Park.

    Someone on Real Westmans page confirmed it's a controlled burn carried by the wind.
