Carla Paddock is the area commissioner for the Crocus West area, which would include Valleyview. They would be able to answer any questions you have, or point you to the correct person .
My understanding is that she works at CAA Manitoba (as per previous ebrandon threads), but if you google her name and "girl guides brandon mb" there's contact information that publically available.
