just to be clear I have been a member for 10 Years and always paid it monthly from my Bank . Then December I get a letter , which I didn't open straight away, thinking it was the renewal , which just rolls over to the new year "normally' so I call and am told no we don't do monthly payments anymore .
So after some thought about , so why didn't I get some communication telling me this , I call again speak to another rep who tells me last payment taken in Oct then my account was frozen so they cant draw the money. When I check back through my Bank last payment was actually taken in Nov and there was enough funds in the bank to take the required amount.
As of today I still have not had a notice of intent to cancel the monthly payment deal or my renewal notification .
If you pay yours yearly well good for you. I opted to pay monthly, as the difference is peanuts and rather in my bank than theirs.
Not really getting any result on calls but will pursue it with Senior supervisor or Management
