Depends on insurer

In some cases it depends on which insurance company your benefits are with. Some insurance companies do not allow providers to direct bill even if direct billing is something the massage clinic is willing to do for its clients. Best to check with your insurance company, or ask the clinic when booking an appointment if they can direct bill to your insurance company.
