pros and cons

It's great to not be in the city but have it just miles away, it's quiet, the lots are nice. At least in the old part anyway. The new part is going to need a few years to get established.
The management company that oversees the park sucks, nothing but issues there with them but that comes down from the owners so who knows who is really to blame at this point. We can't drink the water because it's under a boil water advisory with no end in sight at this point. Apparently we are supposed to be hooked up to Chater's treated water soon but don't hold your breath. There isn't much for restaurant's that will deliver out there, but maybe that doesn't matter to you.
Bell MTS just got into the park and the majority were able to get switched over for cable and internet which has been great.
The community itself is pretty great. There is a social committee who has done fundraising for an awesome outdoor skating rink and play ground which just went in last fall. There are plans for more things as well such as a community centre. I'm not sure why there has to be a social committee for that though. To me the owners of the park should be putting in amenities in order to attract more people out our way. Wait for the snow to melt if you can and take a drive through and check it out. Don't take the website at face value. It advertises things that don't even exist out there.
We enjoy it, it's country living with the city close by. Buses come in for the school catchment area. People seem to be friendly for the most part. Do your research. There are a lot of places up for sale around there already. Maybe there's a reason for that?
