Heads up. New scam?

So I get a call today from a blocked number. I am told that my name has been drawn to be entered into a draw for $25 000.00 through Publishers Clearinghouse. As a prize for being drawn for another draw, I have won a diamond watch. I didn't stay on the line long enough to hear the catch but will assume there is one. Just a friendly heads up folks.
