Ryan Schmidt from royal LePage was great. Have used a handful of realtors over the last 10yrs and he was hands down the best. Some others tried to pressure into buying a home that wasn't suitable for us whereas he spent the time to explain why that certain home may/may not be suitable for us, possible concerns regarding such property and so on. He really went above and beyond and will use him again on our next home sale/purchase.

Murray has been in real estate for ages. He understands construction and will check into every nook and cranny with you to see if a home is safe and solid. He also knows his real estate law, and will refer to someone if he is not sure, which is rarely. His approach is low pressure, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Example: he'll go into a basement and sniff in every corner. If it doesn't pass the smell test, he'll have you out and on to the next house in a hurry.

I second Zach Munn. He did a great job finding listings that met my criteria, and sending me anything he thought I might be interested. He made it very easy to schedule showings and helped me through every step of the way, which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer.
