Witness for car accident

Looking for a witness that saw a vehicle collision approx 1 month ago on Rosser Ave. Between 13th & 11th Street.
Grey SUV and red car.
SUV was in left lane going east and red car turned from right lane in front onto a side street.
Long shot but wondering if anyone remembers seeing accident.
