Are there any groceries stores open on Canada Day?

Nothing is open except Shoppers Drug Mart.

For the quick response.

Shoppers Drug, the liquor stores, and the pot shops are all open. After all it is a day to party

There is a man who owns a few stores in Winnipeg who plans to open his grocery stores today. He is already fighting the ticket he got on Good Friday in court. I say good for him! Why should liquor, beer and cannabis stores be able to open but not grocery stores? After all, a bit of food to temper the alcohol and people say cannabis just gives them the munchies.  
Why should government be able to make money but not this business man?

Jiffy's is open.

If you’re up for a short drive to check out the swinging bridge,museum or water park, you can do a grocery shopping at the Corner Store.  
Guess maybe I should call it by it’s proper name, LTs Corner Store.
