Just wondering if anyone has sold privately and aside from posting on ebrandon, what other avenues were used to get exposure. Thanks

Have your own open house. Put up ads in locations where u can do that. Put an ad in the Brandon Sun.

Basically anywhere there is a classified site, or a bulletin board.

Don't underestimate the power of a lawn sign. Any savvy buyer will be cruisin' the 'hood to get a feel for it.
