It is interesting to see all the folks who have dumped on you. Folks complain about all sorts of things on these forums and to be frank the majority are, at the very least, “first world “ problems and many border on the absurd while some dive right in.  
 
The turkeys are a nuisance when they are on the road, I agree. When I encounter them I slow to safe speed and just keep going. They tend to get out of the way. I have only bumped into one. This has the added benefit of training them to be wary of vehicles.  
 
 

I love all the comments telling you to be more worried about other issues in the city.  
 
As if everything else needs to be put on hold to address the turkey problem.  
 
I’ll bet these same people have a hard time with walking and chewing bubblegum too.

The city did look into this issue and it was decided to leave them alone.

The REAL issue should be world peace.... no no... CLIMATE CHANGE ... yeah!

So climate change, world peace, Strain’s dog and cat issue THEN turkeys. In that order, it’s decided then.  
 
Or maybe we should start a poll on eBrandon as to which issues should be dealt with first? I dunno.

until they invade your yard, roost in your trees, eat your flowers and crap on your vehicle or roof  
 
I think it's not been that long since the birds have decided to move into our town has it? Hope that no one if feeding them like they feed the rabbits and deer! No wonder the wildlife like to stay!
