Where would I make a complaint about a bust driver? At 4:50pm on Lorne ave and 24th st the bus driver had a yield sign and we were going east on Lorne ave. The bus driver was turning west onto Lorne ave from 24th street and he cut us off. We had to stop to let him turn otherwise he would of hit us if he didn’t stop. I want to make a complaint about that. Thanks in advance.

I’m a city bus driver and we don’t have any routes on 24 and Lorne. Maybe the bus was yellow?  
The op didn’t say what bus it was but everyone always assumes it transit. There are 3 different school busses, 2 private bus company and Bdn transit.

Highly unlikely this as a City Of Brandon Transit bus....as already stated the city has no transit bus routes that travel where you say this happened, as well, the city bus routes that do operate near this location do not travel anywhere near this location at 4:50pm  
 
If your going to use this medium to ask questions please provide more information such as what kind of bus it was.

That it was a school bus. Sorry to the city bus drivers, I realized after that I didn’t mention that it was a school one.

Doesn’t Sioux valley buses run in that area? It might be one of theirs...

I would let it go, they would not care anyway.  
you know is a school bus but where from and what unit number was on there?  
with no information they could not find the driver responsible.  
they may make the complain to all drivers, but again no one would admit the incident.  
just my opinion.

1st of all school bus drivers are very hard to come by. They will not even acknowledge the incident.  
2nd. Was it intentional? Stuff happens when driving, could have easily been a mistake.  
3rd. No one was hurt and I'm sure the driver didn't get a sense of gratitude by cutting you off. If anything he probably felt bad.

Report it if you must. It will be dealt with. I used to drive for BSD and instruct new drivers. The supervisor will most definitely have a word with the driver. The BSD all have cameras and can be reviewed as well.

Did this happen in a 30 km/H school zone?

Does it matter if the bus driver was likely "off duty"? At 4:50 p.m. (the time stated in the OP), they likely have dropped the last of the kids off a hour before.  
 
Also, there's lots of construction in that area. I know I'm getting fuddled with it changing daily. It's very easy that the drive was on an unfamiliar street and simply made a mistake.  
 
In addition to BSD and Sioux Valley Buses, there's also the First Student buses that run the DSFM kids. Because that bus comes from Shilo it runs later.
