Tarped Vehicle shelters By-law?

Ive tried to search Brandon bylaws regarding temporary car shelters sold by canadian tire and couldnt find anything. Does anyone know what the regulations are? I will deal with the city if I have too but if its a big hassle then I might just opt out. Thanks in advance.

Give them a call in the am. Pretty sure there was something on them. Pretty sure a permit needs to be pulled.

No permit required.
No bylaw issue.

You just gave a link to the permit application page. I gave them the homepage where you can get to your link. I don't see who to call on yours.

It might be determined on size of shelter. I know when you get over 120sqft structure (even a shed) you need a permit.

BAPD doesn't issue permits for Brandon. They cover the Rural Municipalities of Cornwallis and Elton. City of Brandon Planning & Building Safety issue permits for Brandon.

Best bet, go in and talk to them, don't go with what other people say on the internet, every situation is different.

Same address as I gave for the BAPD. And were I got my permit within the city.
