We are looking for a decent condo in Brandon. We have been looking but there are not many that are well built and have adequate parking. Renaissance Station was a contender until we discovered there are not enough parking stalls. For condo owners with two vehicles, There are no other parking stalls onsite and you have to park on the street. Not great when is winter or streets are being plowed! Does anyone have any ideas?

When I was looking, I liked the new-ish ones on 831 Braecrest. I think they all come with one spot, with the possibility of renting a second one.

I know there is a 2 bedroom bungalow condo for sale , it is the ones on 9 th st. South . There is a single car attached garage and you can widen the driveway for another car to park. The address is 4 Aldrin Way
