Any idea what movie they were filming for on Rosser ave, in from of the library, earlier this evening?

I was wondering why they kept blocking rosser avenue every night for the past few days …… what movie are they shooting?

It is an independent film called The Button Lady. It is being filmed by some good friends of mine. Once I know when it's being released I can post it on ebrandon if you like! They are also thinking about filming a sister series to one they are currently filming in Winnipeg, called Captian Winnipeg. It's about a local hero and his sidekick (The Golden Boy) and they take on and tackle the meth crisis and the liquor store robberies that are going on. The sister series will be of course...Captian Brandon....but thinking of a good sidekick character for him....any ideas? Something related to Brandon. They will also be taking on the meth crisis and violence in our city....

something to do with the Wheat Kings hockey team for a sidekick?
