    Where would be the best place be to get good tenants insurance ?

    usually any MPI location will have someone working under home insurance

    I haven't had tenants insurance since I stopped renting a few years ago, but when I had it, it was similar to house insurance. I just went into an mpi location/ insurance broker who priced out different plans through different companies and we picked the one that suited us best.

    tenant insurance is very affordable. IMO everyone should have it, because you never know!

    I went thru Guild, we went over what all I wanted covered and what not and then provided me with quotes from 3 different agency's to choose from. Guild made everything extremely easy to set everything up.
