The city, while doesn't say ewaste is outright closed, does request:

"However, in order to reduce the potential for direct product handling by our landfill staff, we'd ask that you hold off on dropping off any household hazardous waste, E-waste & used oil products for the time being, if possible."

brandon computers takes old tv 's maybe they would come pick it up not sure if they do that give them a call if they are open .
