If you have access to internet, then you can register on PlayNow.com and create an account, purchase lottery tickets, and receive email notification if you have won anything. I have been using it for the past year. It is particularly useful if you prefer to select your own numbers rather than quick pick. Big bonus is that you do not have to leave your home.
