I am just wondering if there are any organizations/charities accepting donations of household items and clothing at this time.  
 
During spring cleaning I accumulated a lot of items/clothing in good shape that would be a shame to throw out.

Right now, no. First off, there is probably nobody to accept it. Second, the danger of transmission is too great. You would be best to store it till after this is over.

Storage isn’t an option unfortunately.

I definitely get the frustration of having to store your unwanted items (I decided to fill my trunk...not ideal but hey, it’s not in the house anymore and we live in a tiny house so we needed to figure out something). A similar thread has been posted previously I do wonder how storing isn’t an option even though a month ago they were in your home? It would be a shame to fill the landfill with useable items.

Circumstances change. It happens. Storage isn’t an option , thus the inquiry about donating.

The Humane Society is taking household, but not clothes. There are field mice, so storing clothes isn't optional out there

I have been organizing and downsizing through all this too. I set up a table downstairs to keep all my donations on and under until the time comes. It's out of the way.  
 
I am lucky I have the extra room for this because it could be a long time that it sits.

In the " wanted " section of e-brandon, usually their is some, looking for items. There are 2 of them now. One looking for clothes, other for household items.  
Not recently, but threw the years as I down sized, I would check out the "wanted" section on e-brandon and was able to give lots and lots away to people searching for things for free.  
They would come pick them up, as I stated. Was no problem.  
I haven't done this recently, so good luck, considering the pandemic'  
Heck.... put an ad on ebrandon and see how fast it goes.
