    Seriously did we spend roughly $420 000.00 per unit to bring this building back!!! Just saying there may have been a better way to spend tax payer money and possibly provide a better housing solution!!!! Wish I was a contractor on that one!!!!

    Maybe get your numbers straight before criticizing something.  
     
    The 2012 conversion from a warehouse to living units was 10 million. This complete overhaul was 8 million, and it looks much better, is much cleaner and has more cameras etc in common living areas. I hope some well deserving families enjoy this as their new home

    in the Brandon Sun there is a photo of one of the suites. I would love to have all that counter space! it looks very nice in there.
