Would the lady who took my phone from DQ corral center bathroom please just return it to the cashier's there. It's locked and no good to you anyway. Would be much appreciated.

It just erks me that people think they have the right to take something just because it isn't locked down!! Like you said, it's no good to her. Maybe check the police in case it was turned in there. Hope you get it back.

It's alright that you didn't connect the 2, justme. I was just wondering how he would be so certain to able to place blame like that unless they had everyone use 1 bathroom within that facility. Most places have men / women's bathrooms..

Imagine someone having their personal property stolen, and being more concerned over what type of bathroom they used? None of your business.

I thought the same thing when I read the OP I just decided not to ask. If you know it was a woman you either seen them so I wonder why you wouldn't confront them, but that is not likely how they know. I assume, because I don't know, that it was caught on video and if that was the case get the video to the police and let them do what they do.  
 
Either way I don't think that they were intentionally trying to be rude, maybe just a little nosey. The OP did make I'm sure a lot of people wonder what the whole story is.

I was more curious as to why they assumed a women, if it was a shared bathroom ok I could see this being a possibility but if they have men / women's washrooms then that's makes me wonder if it was a women. But thanks for trying to make me look like an idiot, totally appreciated!

I thought the same way when I asked a fellow about a mosquito unit. You just never know what some peoples reaction might be! Anyway I hope the fellow gets his phone back..
