I had heard recently that the new Chater "The Meadows" subdivision is getting their own sewer waste water collection system. Seeing in the meeting minutes of the RM of Cornwallis council meetings that it has been provisioned and is in the planning stages ? I have been looking for a lot to build on and the lots there look very nice, about 3 times the size in Brandon for the fraction of the price. They also apparently did a huge water system upgrade a few years ago, and are also now providing municipal water hookup, with what is said to be great water.  
 
I am hoping someone has some firm information about these upgrades and the development there occuring. It sounds like it will be quite the place to be in the coming years. It looks like they are in the phase 2 and 3 development stage right now, with further plans of developing into phase 4 or 5 potentially.
