Is there a place a person can take tree branches when the landfill site is closed on Sunday?

The hours on google are just for the landfill administration office. The landfill is open today. They are open Sundays till October first when the go to fall/winter hours. City of Brandon usually has all the info on their page.

There’s some green binds by 1st and Richmond it’s for yard waste throw them in there

Those bins are for yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, etc.). Not branches... And NO BAGS!! They are used for making compost.
