The section of McDonald Avenue under the 18th Street bridge that was redone last year, is the City going to make them redo it prior to freeze up? Im pretty sure they paved overtop of ice/snow in the fall of 2019, it has settled so much I saw someone rip their trailer off their vehicle this morning hitting the series of monsterous holes, I wouldnt be suprised if taxpayers (City of Brandon) gets the bill for that one. There is probably upwards of 12" settlement in multiple places, is the City not forcing that to be repairs before winter, they just repaved the block to the west, and it would of been nice if they paved the whole area at the same time vs. coming back and reshutting down mcdonald ave again! Its been closed down for almost a whole year now and when they decide to redo this other stretch again it will be closed for another few months! This is rediculous! Where is the City staff that approves or inspects this! This is our tax dollars well spent.....

With the new bridges being built. Sad but true.

Every time we drive over it, I question if I live in a third world country... the North end always gets forgotten about I feel. This is another prime example. And above is right - nothing will be done sadly because of the work they are wanting to do on the bridge. What an embarrassing mess.

and mention to them that maybe it’s up to the Director  
Of Transportation to start doing the job that she is paid to do.

They better fix it before winter and someone hits that’s spot in a snowstorm not realizing its there until it’s to late because it’s covered in snow.  
 
Had to drive into the on coming lane tonight just to get around it.

The bridges are both provincial, shouldn't have anything to do with whether McDonald Ave gets fixed.
