Looking for recommendations for body waxing, not sugaring. Also is there such a thing as a place that offers numbing cream or any tips from regular waxers out there to make it any more tolerable lol!

I'm curious, why not sugaring? It hurts less than waxing. You pull with the hair growth, not against it like waxing.

may be the one oddball but I found sugaring much more painful than waxing. Would rather one strip and pull then multiple times going over the same area pulling stuff out

I'm the same way. I prefer waxing over sugaring because it hurts less for me too and less ingrowns! I moved to Brandon a couple years back and went searching for a waxer too. Places that offer both waxing and sugaring are:  
- Pantages on park  
- Soul Hair Salon  
- J Salon (it's a nail salon but they also offer face and body wax  
- H&Co Academy- it's a school but the technicians are taught well. They use cream wax, not sugaring. I've gone before and I've been pretty happy with the results.  
 
As for numbing the pain, I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but i find taking couple Tylenol help. No NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen. I was told by a nurse friend that piece of advice.  
 
I know there's a few others in town, but I cant seem to remember who else does. Just make sure to call ahead to confirm what type of wax they use and if they still offer waxing. Good luck! Hope you find a great waxer!

I have done both waxing and sugaring. I always go to Pantages - they are awesome. Some people have sensitive skin and waxing is rough, but if you pop some Tylenol before your appointment, it might help.
