See it at many red lights. Society for some reason doesn’t consider that littering but I disagree.

Time to increase the price of cigarettes again.

I see it all the time in traffic. These people must have an enormous sense of entitlement. Or maybe they just think that anti-littering bylaws are for everyone else.

Just as it is time to raise the taxes on alcohol because that will stop all the empty bottles littered in bushes and parks.

I thought about starting a thread a while back about this. I think anyone who flicks their cigarette butt has never had to be the one to pick them up or sweep them up and now more than ever it’s very selfish to do. I know many people with this unfortunate habit who are very careful with their cigarette butts so it definitely isn’t all.  
 
Their punishment should be to hand pick all cigarette butts out of the Walmart parking lot.  
 
I’ve never heard of someone getting a littering ticket so maybe that’s the problem, someone needs to be made an example of to put a little fear into these people who are so inconsiderate of others.

Some habits that the entitlement do never changed. I am more concerned about the amount of masks being littered. How does one enforce the littering law is another story.

If you see a piece of paper or something harmless you might pick it up and throw in garbage  
 
but not a mask.  
 
I don't understand it especially littering in Walmart which has garbage cans everywhere that people can use.
