    It’s that time again....  
    Only this time we’re avoiding as much as possible going into the stores where I’d apply my picky pumpkin standards in choosing a couple to carve. Have seen a couple ads popup in the classifieds... where are you getting (or where have you gotten) your pumpkin this year? If you’ve been to the usual stores, how have you found selection so far?

    We decided to just get ours at superstore this year, mostly out of convenience. Selection was good. I paid $1.97/pumpkin. Happy carving

    Was in Brandon yesterday morning and picked up two, much better quality than last year. One for carving and one for pie filling.

    Co-Op on Richmond had a nice display of them when you first come into the store when I was there yesterday. I think they were 49 cents/lb. There was a large variety of sizes.
