    What is going on by the river here?

    Just curious if anyone know's why big wide paths have been mowed in the grass across the river from dinsdale park.  
     
    See image attached where I roughed in a line of the main path that has been mowed through the grass.

    I don't know what the original intended purpose was but those that geo-cache, there are 6 or so located in that area. Took the kids walking and there were a few people walking around the paths

    Maybe the city or province is going to clean up some of the dead trees from the floods.

    City parks spokesperson tells me its a fat bike trail. Access is from behind the old Co-op Feeds plant. Expect to hear more on it when we're through Code Red...

    Cool, that’s what I was using it for! Looks like it could be a nice setup.
