this is true its the most absurd thing ive heard lol trying to minimize the in store shopping but the store screws up and now not only are you going in to do a return, you are also wasting your time and money and hoping they get it right instead of them fixing the issue while youre already there....ridiculous and not a good deal for someone relying on others to do this for them..ugh
