Can anyone tell me if Canada Post is considered an essential service. I would like to purchase packing tape, stamps and boxes. Is this a curb side purchase or can it be bought in store. Thanks for your response.

Canada post on Douglas is very busy. Line to get in building.  
 
Any postal outlet like the ones at shoppers or the one at 711 on 34th will be able to sell you these supplies

These three specific items are 3/4 items Staples is allowed to sell in store.

I got boxes prepaid ones and stamps at post office didn't need packing tape so not sure about that but if you get those 2 you can get packing tape likely at Home Hardware or loonie Twoons curb side.  
 
Loonie Twoons across from super store will take phone orders pick up curb side.  
staples you have to order and pay online just click curb side as choice of delivery make sure you have Brandon store.

staples has curbside as well. Call them to see if you can get them at the curb.
