Use your crystal ball: Travel, dining, events, others post-pandemic

It’s no secret that businesses of all types are being seriously impacted by the pandemic.
It’s also no secret that we’re at the very beginning of starting to see vaccines in small amounts and that well into 2021 we will eventually see opportunity for widespread vaccination in the province and community... and because of that it sure looks like an eventual return to some form of normal, whatever normal looks like after all of this.
We still have a long road in the months ahead and because vaccine deployment will be gradual, it doesn’t seem that any beating down of this virus on a wider level will be overnight so much as a gradual thing. I’m curious to hear folks’ thoughts on what changes to business types we might see as we start to get to the other side of this and see enough vaccinated folks to start making a difference. Is there an industry you can see having a major explosion of interest? Is there one where Covid has broken consumer habits to the point of no return?
My curiosity personally goes to some of what some might define as excesses.... travel, restaurants, major events. My intuition is that travel will see an all-out explosion when safe enough to do so again, though do wonder if a certain percentage will be hesitant to start or maybe trend towards choosing a road trip over a flight. Personally have enough points banked that you’ll probably have to tie me down to have me not use once those who know say it's safe.
Restaurants I can see being big on a lot of lists as something that people will dive back into head over heels, which if it happens would be great for those that have been feeling these last 9 months so hard.
What are your thoughts personally on how these industries will look? Are there others that will see a big impact in one direction or the other?
