    Photo radar on first?

    I noticed that when coming south on first street by the bridge there’s a speed sign and it flashes you. Does anyone know if this is an actual photo radar like Winnipeg school zones or what it’s purpose is?

    It’s not photo radar, it’s just there to try to get people to slow down. It’s no different than the sign that’s on highway 10 in Forrest. There’s also one on 18th street in the north bound lanes by Mazer Group.
