Recycling Bins at Keystone grounds missing?

I noticed yesterday the City of Brandon public recycling bins at the south end of the Keystone grounds Richmond Avenue were gone.
I didn't see any signage indicating replacement or movement of them.

I know there are others, but does anyone know if and when they'll be back? Maybe they were taken away for a clean. Haven't checked today.

Moved them to the west by the looks of it in the other parking lot where the hold the demo derby’s

Roger wins the prize

From a City of Brandon representative:

“The City's recycle bins have been moved to the same area where the Christmas Tree Depot has been relocated to at the request of Keystone Centre. The Keystone Centre will be closing the Richmond Avenue entrance, thus the bins will need to be accessed via the 18th Street and Queens Avenue entrance."
