Tried a few different options Netflix , Crave was wondering what others do to satisfy their television viewing.

Depends on what is on  
 
Netflix - Stranger Things, Cobra Kai, Lucifer, Rasing Dion, Lost in Sapce are all things I am waiting for.  
 
Crave - Westworld, Game of Thrones, His Dark Materials. Thinking about starting Raised by Wolves. The Big Bang Theory. Sometimes watch The Sopranos.  
 
Amazon Prime - Currently bouncing between Bones, American Horror Story Asylum (finished Murder House a couple weeks ago), and Supernatural (so sad its the last and final season!!). Waiting for the last half of the final season of Vikings (coming Dec 30th! Another series I am sad it is finishing). I tend to watch old NCIS amd CSI episodes as well. I am all over the place.  
 
We also have a movie night with the kids on Friday or Saturday, usually use Crave for that (Scoob! and the second Trolls movie is on there. Also enjoyed the Addams Family cartoon movie).  
 
I bounce around a lot. I do miss traditional TV sometimes for all my newrst episodes of NCIS (whichever ones are still on), and Criminal Minds (if it is still on).

Youtube has a lot of series available as well. Sometimes shows can be harder to find but there is a lot of quality stuff to watch, even if it isn't necessarily like traditional TV.  
 
As previously mentioned, there is Amazon Prime, but personally I recommend against supporting Amazon as the company has proven time and time again that they do not care about their employees among other controversy. Not to mention that I don't feel that Jeff Bezos needs any more money than the multi-billions that he has. That's just my two cents. Not that there aren't problems with other companies as well, but Amazon has proven to be heinous time and time again.

I have Netflix, Crave, Prime and Disney+ (sharing agreements), and can find some stuff on each.  
 
Well . . . I'm not much for Disney+, truth be told (I'm not much for nostalgia, nor do I care about baby Yoda). As for the others:  
 
Netflix has Sherlock (a favorite), Black Mirror, BoJack Horseman, Big Mouth, Breaking Bad/Call Saul, Fargo and endless other originals of every genera to satisfy any niche  
 
Crave seems more taylored for the mainstream, but they also have access to to the Showcase and HBO archives, making it worth while. It so has some interesting movies and documentaries.  
 
Prime I have not had the time to look at in detail, but they are also a good mix of some mainstream, and fairly well made originals. I started (but didn't finish yet) Jack Ryan, but I also liked Superstore (yes, there is such a show).  
 
I also have to mention CBC gem (they have (or at least HAD) Luther, along with the CBC collection).  
 
As for older shows like Hunter, Hillbillies and such, try both Tubi and CTV's app. Tubi has the 2 shows listed, and CTV has many others (including movies).
