Can anyone recommend a good lawyer that deals with wrongful dismissal from 20 years of service of working for a non union company..

If this is a local employer, from my experience I would go to seek a lawyer from Winnipeg. There is only a couple degree of separation between most lawyers in Brandon. Use a large form in Winnipeg like Taylor McCaffery

There are many reputable lawyers here in Brandon. Don’t we lose enough of our industries to Winnipeg without our own people advising to go out of town. Personally I’ve used a few lawyers in town and they were all very good.

I need a lawyer 15 years ago no lawyer would take my case from 2screwed up different shunt replacements in my brain in 2004 2005
from winnepeg neurosurgeons now I cant work and epilepsey gotten worse and lost my peripheral vision on last surgery after the last surgery which is my 9th since 1975 and they still wont help

I would recommend contacting Meighen Haddad. The firm is great to deal with and they have a few lawyers that do employment law.

Have you tried the Winnipeg firms? For medical malpractice people go to Winnipeg as Brandon lawyers won't touch those.

I have dealt with many lawyers over my years as a police officer and the best firm in Brandon right now is also a business that advertises on this site on a regular basis. Patersons at 11th and Princess. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

yes Ive tried winnipeg firms to no prevail said you cant sue canadian medical system but then 2 years ago I was told otherwise so I lost my drivers lisence lost my factory job gave my cattle and land up so I really dont trust lawyers or Dr/surgeons now

Try the Manitoba Labour board to see what they can do for you for free. If they can’t help you or don’t think you have a case, then look at a lawyer.
