On a daily basis I come home from work and my neighbors have parked one of their vehicles in front of my house taking up two spots sometimes leaving the vehicle there for up to five days without movement of the vehicle. We’ve had our street cleaned one time this winter season and while the city was cleaning the street they parked as close to my driveway so the city couldn’t get around his vehicle to finish. They have 5 to 6 vehicles, a garage and nine times out of ten they only park a vehicle in their garage and one in the driveway if our block is lucky. They even know it’s annoying for everyone on the block yet they still do it. I’m just utterly frustrated with it and I’m sorry I just had to vent because it’s such an annoyance. I have a garage and park in my garage and driveway, but they park in front of my house along with my neighbors houses and take up two spots for each vehicle they have. Sorry like I said just had to vent, there’s limited spots on our block.

Phone the police and see what they say. Possibility of warning or towed.

If you are able to always have parking in your driveway, i don’t see why you’re annoyed by vehicles in front of your house ? Unless you’re battling for street parking with them constantly ..  
Street parking is public parking, just because it’s in front of your house doesn’t make it yours. If it bothers you so much have a discussion with them in person, if it doesn’t work simply call bylaw. They’ll ticket for being parked over 48 hours.
