Welcome back Adam---- That single sign you mention has merit but knowing this town it will be eons before we get some . Also looking at the choice of advertisers on that sign--it would probably be close to the same group on ours-- Places already on the highway!! It would have to be outfits that drag the visitors down into our fine city.
I work along the service road a long #1 between 1st and 18th. The oppurtunity is immense. I was in MCdonalds at Lunch yesterday and it was packed. Traffic count along that highway inspite of fuel costs is amazing. Hope we can figure something out.
