Do any grocery stores do delivery of groceries and other items? Sobeys, Safeway?

If you call either location, they'll tell you how to give them your order. I know there's am email address for sobeys west. Walmart has their own delivery or uses instacart. Superstore uses instacart.

Walmart delivers

I ordered delivery online from Walmart last night, which will arrive tomorrow. It costs between $8-13 I believe, depending on what time slot you choose and heaviness of items, and a minimum $35 in your cart. And they’ll deliver it right to your door, even if you live in an apartment or condo. Great for me, as I haven’t been well and could not carry much.
