That was a pretty intense panic moment for the both of us. However, I got out of my car to chase you down because of the gestures you both shouted and showed with your hands. That was completely uncalled for.  
 
YOU were the one that almost T-boned me.  
 
Navigating between parked cars and coming out of a parking stall at the speed you were is ridiculously unsafe and you would've been completely in the wrong had you hit me.  
 
Now that my heartrate is lowered, how you chose to react was completely unnecessary. With that said, I'll own my part in that I also didn't need to stop my vehicle to chase after you. My apologies for any unnecessary grief I caused you.  
 
Please drive more carefully next time.
