I have been on both sides.. was a tenant and paid rent ontime and had total respect for my landlords.. recently, I now rent out an ensuite to help with mortgage, however, over the past 2 years, I am on my third boarder where rent is not paid, and the excuses. These people are not kids, these are older people too! So wish there was a DO NOT RENT TO List… cuz I would have a few names to put on.
