Is there any reputable driving schools in Brandon that could teach my 27 year old daughter. .I do not want a fly by night or Iteacha u drive type I need a licensed teacher.

It is a provincially licensed & registered Class 5 Driving School. He is patient, knowledgeable, and an excellent teacher. He gave lessons to a family member and they said he made all the difference in the world. He is busy, about a 3 week wait, but if you book what you can today, and check back numerous times daily, cancellations do come up. You just book the new date, cancel the old booking (if you want), easy on line system for booking.

Aren't all driving instructors certified and licenced? There was a thread a couple of years ago about someone who repeatedly failed their certification exam to be an instructor and the consequences of that.  
 
I think technically none of them are "fly by night" as they have invested a lots of time and energy into getting their licensing to teach. You can't just slap a sign on your car and call yourself a driving instructor. It would be more a matter of finding someone who's teaching style is agreeable with your daughter. It might take trying several instructors to find that.
