More and more often drones have to be considered in this kind of conversation too. Depending on what they're up to you’ll usually see some movement and/or blinking but closer to the Southern portion of Brandon outside of more restricted airspace there’s someone flying after dark on a lot of nights. Not sure you were to Brandon, but drones are so cheap these days that they're getting more and more common.
