replace roof vents

Just wondering if anyone knew of someone who would replace 4 existing roof vents with new ones The building is a metal building 14 foot inside ceiling height approximately 20 feet to vents from the ground roof is metal. I have tried the local eaves trough companies one didnt do that type of work the other said he would come look and never did.
