And in addition im not sure I've ever seen bbqs listed as requiring a fire permit. Fire pits are a whole different ballgame tho. I could be wrong maybe bbqs have been banned at one point but I cant recall a time where they are unless you rent your property and landlord has their own rules regarding such.
