What is going on in this city ? There is dug up spots filled with gravel and not fixed properly . I count at least 5 on 1st between Victoria and Richmond and the one on Park and 18th , those spots were dug up month ago what is the reason for not fixing them properly ? Do we have to wreck our cars going over them or do the motorcycle guy have to wipe out on the gravel all over ? I understand 1st and 18th are province but the city did dig it up after all !

The city never fixes the holes they dig for repairing water lines over the winter months until the summer months, but now we're into the summer months so I'm not sure what the reason is now for them not fixing those holes. I know alternative patched the hole they dug up on First Street last week and Zenith built an entire parking lot at the strip mall by 18th and Park, so I don't know what's the cities excuse is now.  
 
The part I find funny is the city would never allow a private contractor to dig up a street and then just leave it, but the city does as they please

Add Brandon Ave to the list of “patch and good luck” roads. Can’t blame the province there. Not a provincial highway.
