Hooking up radiant floor heating

I recently contacted someone in the services portion of eBrandon to ask if they hook up radiant in floor heating. I never received a reply to that question. I don’t get it. Someone is saying I offer a service, you contact them if the offer a specific service and no reply. Why post an ad saying you offer a service when you don’t reply to requests for your service. How do companies stay in business with type of inconsiderate service. Can anyone here point me to someone who offers this service and who respond to my questions? Thanks for your help.
