Smell smoke, heard lots of sirens.

A family member said they heard an explosion sound near the south end of town. We don’t know what happened.

I heard a loud explosion in the durum area, sounded like it was literally next door!

I heard it too, and the sirens. Never saw any fire though…

Don’t have the details, but there was a house fire on aster crescent around 10:40 Saturday night. Lots of smoke was drifting towards 18th street

The fire on Aster was around 11:30pm, about an hour after we heard the boom. And it started with a blanket close to a space heater, not an explosion. So strange that there were sirens and yet it wasn’t included in BPS daily report…

BPS has the wrong time down for that fire. I drove by around 10:40pm just as the fire department was showing up and saw the flames coming out the basement window. It definitely wasn't 11:30
