E- Brandon has a section for jobs but most of those are permanent or part time. Looking for casual 1-2 days a week or partial days that a senior could be comfortable with. Warehousing or maybe couriers or even a helper of some sort for a designated day or two per week. Any ideas where I should go for something like that?

Seniors for Seniors is a great place but they do not have a job board. I inquired about posting an ad. I am looking for a casual employee to work 1 day a week (Wednesdays). The ideal person would be able to work most of the week while I am on vacation (2-4 weeks/year not all at once). If you have phone, computer, and some accounting experience please pm me. Above average pay.

Sorry Wheel Rider no accounting experience but Wednesdays would have worked fine. More of a warehousing background and looking for all winter employment.

Why not try some of the auto- parts stores or auto dealerships for as a casual/relief shuttle driver or parts delivery driver?  
 
If you are physically abled what about pizza delivery? I delivered pizzas part time evenings/weekends and sometimes I made more in a few hours than I did all day at my trade/profession.  
 
I often see seniors working at various co-op gas bar locations, what about that?
