Has anyone been to the Pickleball court at Stanley park lately? Just noticed there is a sign indicating that club members have preference to courts/ times and general public is limited to remaining courts/days. What's with that?? Isn't this a public city park funded by city tax payers? If families or friends want to play any time, they should be allowed too. According to Brandon City Park & Rec original announcement in 2021, this is open to the public on a first come basis.

I think someone who is not in the Club would need to take a picture of the schedule in order to be able to use the court when it is not “reserved.” The message underneath the schedule is not clear.

i know some citys and town will charge you a fee if you would like to like to book public facilities. to me that is logical as they do have a membership fee to join there club so they might be paying an annual fee to the city for the facility

The pickle club members must have an identification of some type then? How will non-members be identified?
