We live on Outback Drive. Start of week four enduring the water and sewer project. The City of Brandon accepted the low bid of the worst construction crew in the entire world. If they worked any slower they would be stopped. (most of the time they are stopped) Coffee breaks at least an hour long and very often run into lunch break.
These guys are depriving this neighborhood of the peaceful enjoyment of our short summer.
Yes I understand its construction season and the work needs to be done but where is the respect for the people that live in the area? When the crew only actually works for two - four hours a day it's going to take twice as long if they hurry - and these guys DON'T hurry.
